Head of Internal Sales for Paper and Film Finishing (m/f/d) in Celle

Your tasks at Achilles:

• Leading an internal sales team of four (technical and disciplinary) and being responsible for the coordination and optimization of internal processes
• Taking over the support and proactive communication with key accounts and contact person for technical and quality queries
• Actively bring customer suggestions for new products or developments into the company and thus support research and development
• Responsibility for carrying out calculations, processing complaints and preparing import and export documents
• Creating the optimal supply chain (close interface with purchasing, production and logistics)
• Preparation of the annual budget planning

You convince us with:

• A degree in business administration (e.g. economics or industrial engineering) or successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Initial or several years of professional and management experience in internal sales
• A high level of technical understanding, strong process skills and like to think outside the box in your field
• Industry knowledge from the printing and paper finishing, film processing or flexible packaging industry is an advantage
• The ability to be a team player and score points with your communication and negotiation skills, as well as a high degree of customer orientation and commitment
• A good command of written and spoken English and a high affinity for IT
